Sales Representative

About the Role
You’ll grow and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts on your island: hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and laundries. This is a relationship-driven role: you’ll visit customer sites, understand their cleaning and sanitation needs, recommend the right products, and train their staff on proper use.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow existing accounts; prospect new business on your island
- Conduct on-site visits, product demos, and staff trainings
- Recommend product programs tailored to each customer’s operation
- Coordinate orders and deliveries with our warehouse and drivers
What We’re Looking For
- B2B or outside sales experience (hospitality, foodservice, or janitorial/sanitation a plus)
- Strong relationship skills and comfort working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with your island’s business community is a big plus
Delivery Driver
Location: Oahu (Waipahu) | Maui | Kauai | Hawaiʻi Island
Type: Full-time or Part-time
About the Role
You’ll be the face of ABC at our customers’ doors, delivering products safely and on time to hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and laundries across your island. You’ll load your truck, run your route, and handle products with care.
What You’ll Do
- Load, secure, and deliver products along a daily route
- Verify orders against packing slips and obtain delivery confirmations
- Handle chemical products safely and follow all DOT and safety procedures
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep your truck clean and maintained
- Communicate with dispatch and sales reps about customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Safety-minded: works with care and awareness around vehicles, equipment, and chemical products, and follows safety procedures consistently
- Great communication skills with customers, dispatch, and the team
- Willing to learn. We’re okay with mistakes as long as you learn from them
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and load/unload throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-friendly
- Delivery or route experience preferred
Warehouse Associate
Location: Oahu (Waipahu) | Maui | Kauai | Hawaiʻi Island
Type: Full-time or Part-time
About the Role
You’ll keep our warehouse running: receiving incoming shipments, picking and staging orders, and keeping inventory accurate so our drivers and customers get what they need, when they need it.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery and inter-island shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and flag discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; follow chemical handling procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse, stockroom, or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Safety-minded: works with care and awareness around forklifts, equipment, and chemical products, and follows safety procedures consistently
- Great communication skills with drivers, sales reps, and teammates
- Willing to learn. We’re okay with mistakes as long as you learn from them
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a shift
- Attention to detail: accurate counts and correct orders matter
- Forklift certification a plus (we’ll certify you if not)
